Penny performs food research, analysis and strategy, to increase sales through improved product development, promotions targeting, online interfaces, and niche marketing. From 2003 to 2005, her volunteer work with CBSAC/NY has included increasing Club membership to a new high, improving the benefits for members, and updating the Club's technology platform.
